West Caldwell Care Center

7 Nov

Nov 7, 2013, 2:00 PM.  Thirty sweet residents and 3 employees were given WHBB Gospel Tracts as the kids sang praises to God.  I approached the person in the wheelchair as I heard him  say “Amen, Amen!”  with tears in his eyes.

The Lord allowed me to read a few verses in Romans, gave my salvation testimony, shared the blessings that followed after becoming saved and how the Lord carried us through after Leo went to be with the Lord.

Leilani read John 15:1-15.

We were blessed by the employees’ and residents’ response, the snacks that were provided to the kids, an unexpected gift from a visitor who insistently gave us $20.00, and a bag of new clothes for the kids from the receptionist!

And most of all, the joy that only God can give from serving Him!

God is awesome!

“This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.  Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.”  John 15:12-14

Gladys, Thank you for attending the annual Veterans Breakfast on November 9th at Notre Dame Church North Caldwell, for 200 War Veterans, and participating in our ceremonies and breakfast. When your children sang, the room of 200 Vets were silent, and amazed at how they praised God with so much soul and reverence. Gladys, you are an inspiration to all of as with your family in your ministry! May God continue to bless you all always , in all you do…
